Relay Tester Assembly, GTS Version
1127 Field Relay Tester. The 1127 is portable, simple to use and affordable. It can be used to functionally test a wide variety of relay types used in banking equipment. The 1127 can reduce diagnostic time, technician time on site and help prevent future callbacks.
The 1127 supports multiple AC and DC voltages and contact arrangements. The 1127 base unit can be configured for different relay types by using plug-in test boards which are designed specifically for the particular relay to be tested. This approach ensures that the 1127 can be used to test practically all relays used in banking applications.
The 1127 is portable enough to be used by field technicians for on-site troubleshooting. Selectable DC Voltages are 5, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 110 volts. Selectable AC Voltages are 6, 12, 24 and 120 volts. Light Emitting Diodes (LED’s) provide a visual indication of contact operation. Since the contacts are switching a very low current, contacts that are corroded or damaged due to arcing can be detected. The 1127 Field Relay Tester provides a simple and quick Go/No-Go indication of a relay’s operation.
Test boards are available for the P&B R10 Series and KU Series relays (used in Mosler and LeFebure units) as well as Solid State relays and lamps. Other test boards are in development.
If a Test Board is not yet available for your application, GTS can design and deliver one very quickly.
